Orders & Payments
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance or rejection at our discretion. We accept payments via credit card, cash on delivery, and Wish. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery
We provide delivery services across Lebanon. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but may vary depending on location and product availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Certain items, such as sale items, clearance products, and personalized toys, are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable delivery or restocking fees.

Gift Cards
Customers can purchase gift cards directly through our website. Each gift card is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Doodle & Dash website and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order value exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid using one of the accepted payment methods (Card, Cash on Delivery, or Wish). Any unused balance after 15 days will automatically expire.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

Intellectual Property
