RETURN POLICY
Doodle & Dash – Returns and Exchanges Policy
By purchasing any item from Doodle & Dash, you agree to the following returns and exchanges terms and conditions:
Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Exchanges are subject to delivery charges.

To request an exchange, please contact us via email or phone, and provide the product name, order number, and the item you wish to receive instead.

Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value (with the price difference to be paid).

Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging (bags or boxes). Products sent without original packaging may not be accepted.
Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

Once returned, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding delivery and wrapping fees). This credit is valid for up to one year.

Delivery charges for returns are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange to repair or replace the item where possible. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Seasonal & Holiday Purchases

Items purchased during December may be returned or exchanged until January 15.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted after this date.
Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
Black Friday Items

Black Friday purchases may only be exchanged for a different size (if applicable).

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery charges apply to all Black Friday exchanges.
