RETURN POLICY

Doodle & Dash – Returns and Exchanges Policy

By purchasing any item from Doodle & Dash, you agree to the following returns and exchanges terms and conditions:

Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • Exchanges are subject to delivery charges.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us via email or phone, and provide the product name, order number, and the item you wish to receive instead.

  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value (with the price difference to be paid).

  • Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging (bags or boxes). Products sent without original packaging may not be accepted.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

  • Once returned, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding delivery and wrapping fees). This credit is valid for up to one year.

  • Delivery charges for returns are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange to repair or replace the item where possible. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Seasonal & Holiday Purchases

  • Items purchased during December may be returned or exchanged until January 15.

  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted after this date.

Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.

Black Friday Items

  • Black Friday purchases may only be exchanged for a different size (if applicable).

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Delivery charges apply to all Black Friday exchanges.
